Qualifications

• Must hold an active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday, >=20 hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-store and via marketing support.
