Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will prepare taxes, provide advice, and support customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

Grow the local client base through outreach and build lasting customer relationships. The role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and a commitment to delivering accurate tax solutions while supporting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, ~20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships through community outreach.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive ambassador and participate in local marketing efforts.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences and assist clients with tax planning and complex tax situations.
