You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, serve as the primary contact for clients, and grow TurboTax client base in the local community. This on-site, front-facing role requires 20+ hours weekly and emphasizes customer experience and cross-service collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax returns experience for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships as their tax expert.
• Assist with bookkeeping-related tasks as part of a full-service offering.
