Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year‑round Retail Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation for individuals and small business entities, serving as a trusted advisor and central point of contact for clients in a busy retail setting. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll coordinate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, grow TurboTax client base locally, and offer proactive planning and guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with handling federal/state returns (1065/1120-S) for multiple clients.
• 3+ seasons of personal tax prep experience, 30 returns per tax year in a retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, including complex situations.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financials and offer tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll specialists to ensure seamless service and continuity.
