Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated on‑site Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will handle full‑service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, deliver planning guidance, and act as the primary relationship owner for your clients.

You’ll collaborate with bookkeeping specialists when needed, grow your local client base, and contribute to a best‑in‑class customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per tax year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred.
• Experience with small business tax returns and year‑round guidance.
• Must hold/state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; strong client communication.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front‑facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Deliver tax planning advice and accurate solutions using available resources.
• Develop client relationships and cross‑sell related Intuit services.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping specialists for integrated services.
