Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide tax preparation and advisory services for individuals and business entities, while growing the local TurboTax client base and strengthening community relationships.

You will own client relationships, deliver tax planning, and leverage Intuit resources to offer integrated services such as bookkeeping or payroll.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 20+ business returns per season.
• Minimum of 3 personal tax seasons with at least 30 returns per year.
• General knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Develop client relationships and deliver tax strategy and planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to support integrated services.
• Deliver in-person service at TurboTax retail or flagship locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community engagement.
