Intuit is hiring dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax prep for individuals and business entities, become the trusted advisor for clients, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to support accounting needs.

You’ll drive client growth in the local community, teach tax concepts, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver a superior customer experience at a storefront.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience across federal and state returns.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per season.
• General knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, plan ahead, and optimize refunds with proactive guidance.
• Build long-term client relationships and expand service adoption (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service using Intuit tools and resources.
• Represent TurboTax at local community events and growth initiatives.
