Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year‑round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You’ll perform full‑service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary client contact and delivering personalized tax planning and software support.

You’ll collaborate with bookkeeping specialists for related needs, grow the local client base, and participate in local marketing while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with federal and state returns (1065/1120-S).
• Minimum 3 seasons of personal tax prep experience (30 returns/yr).
• Bookkeeping knowledge and QuickBooks ProAdvisor interest a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumers and business clients.
• Promote the Intuit ecosystem, identifying cross-sell opportunities to bookkeeping and payroll.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver proactive tax planning guidance.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
• Lead local community engagement and represent TurboTax in marketing efforts.
