Qualifications

• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 2-3 years of related experience may substitute for formal education.
• Comfortable using basic technology, including phone, email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to resources as needed.
• Support daily operations by responding to needs and questions from clients, volunteers, donors, and visitors with hospitality, professionalism, and compassion.
• Monitor site safety through regular rounds and camera observation; report maintenance or pest issues promptly and assist with treatments.
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations, ensuring proper inventory and organized storage.
• Support team collaboration by creating reports, updating logs, and participating in meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries; foster a supportive environment for clients.
