Responsibilities

• Provide calm crisis response and connect clients to appropriate resources as needed.
• Support daily operations with radical hospitality, professionalism, and compassion.
• Monitor site safety through rounds and camera observation; report issues promptly.
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations with proper inventory.
• Assist with welcomes, move-ins, transitions, and room preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct in all interactions.
