Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2+ years in homelessness or human services.
• Willingness to learn about DEIB practices and treat all with care and respect.
• Ability to de-escalate and manage emotions professionally.
• Open to feedback and growth in trauma-informed care and crisis support.
• Work well independently and in a team with clear communication.
• Maintain clear, unbiased documentation and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with basic tech: Word, Excel, email, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide calm crisis response and connect clients to resources.
• Support daily operations with hospitality and professionalism.
• Monitor site safety and report needs; assist with pest control and cleaning.
• Manage meals, supplies, and donations with proper inventory.
• Oversee welcomes, move-ins/outs, and room preparations.
• Create shift reports and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct in all interactions.
• Participate in required trainings within set timelines.
