LifeMoves is seeking a Part-Time Residential Service Coordinator for the First Step for Families program in San Mateo. The role supports interim housing, case management, meals, and essential daily services in a safe, welcoming environment.

You will respond to client needs, assist volunteers and donors, monitor safety, and help with rooms and supplies, reporting to the Operations & Services Manager. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–3 years relevant experience may substitute.
• Comfort with basic tech including email, MS Office, Google Suites, and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to resources.
• Support daily operations by responding to needs of clients, volunteers, donors and visitors with hospitality and compassion.
• Monitor site safety through rounds and camera checks; report maintenance and assist pest control as needed.
• Manage meals, supplies, donations, inventory, and organized storage.
• Create reports, update shift logs, participate in meetings to support team.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Conduct welcomes, move-ins and move-outs with documentation and care.
