Zusammenfassung

LifeMoves in San Mateo is seeking a part-time Residential Service Coordinator for Saturdays and Sundays to help run the First Step for Families program. You will support clients, coordinate meals, spaces, and daily operations, maintaining safety and a welcoming environment.

Reporting to the Operations & Services Manager, you will respond to client needs with empathy, assist volunteers, and help with move-ins and documentation, aiming to stabilize housing and connect families to services.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in homelessness services or related housing programs preferred.
• Ability to use basic technology for administrative tasks.

Aufgaben

• Provide crisis response and connect clients to resources.
• Support daily operations and respond to needs of clients, volunteers, donors, and visitors with hospitality and compassion.
• Monitor site safety and report maintenance or pest issues.
• Manage meals, supplies, donations, and inventory.
• Assist with welcomes, move-ins, and move-outs with documentation.
