Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support the make-ready process for new move-ins.

Applicants should have EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Competenze

• HVAC and electrical maintenance work performed per safety standards.
• EPA certifications Type 1 & II or Universal for refrigerants required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts and drive between properties if needed.

Mansioni

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, conduct inspections and coordinate contractors.
• Track inventory, renew supplies, and maintain accurate service records.
