Job summary

Plymouth Housing Group is seeking a Resident Well-Being Manager to lead the onsite care team and ensure high-quality resident support. You will oversee case management, onboarding, and collaboration with providers to promote stability and dignity for residents.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with leadership, and help deliver trauma-informed services in a housing-first model across King County. Seattle-based, in-person role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in case management, housing, or homeless services.
• 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise onsite Resident Well-Being care team, including hiring and performance management.
• Coordinate with Director of Resident Well-Being to align goals and priorities across teams.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment supporting residents' dignity and belonging.
• Collaborate with behavioral health providers and internal teams for resident wellness goals.
• Ensure high-quality case management and provide backup for Case Managers as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of public/private benefits to meet resident needs.
• Foster relationships with local service providers and partners for stability.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing staff training on harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
