Qualifikationen

• Four or more years of experience in housing support or related field.
• Experience providing senior‑level team support and program leadership.
• Knowledge of housing stability strategies and tenant advocacy.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.

• Maintain a consistent on-site presence and serve as contact for residents.
• Develop individualized action plans addressing barriers to housing stability.
• Provide crisis intervention and eviction-prevention support.
• Educate residents on tenant rights and coordinate with landlords.
