Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Community Resource Navigator to support residents within a team-oriented setting, emphasizing cultural proficiency, harm reduction, and housing-first philosophy. You will educate new residents on building operations, expectations, and safety, while contributing to a thriving onsite Resident Wellbeing team.

The role focuses on delivering top-tier service, coordinating community activities, and fostering belonging among residents, staff, and partners.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in human services, preferably with low‑income, diverse, homeless, and special needs populations.
• Experience coordinating events is desired.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, building staff, and community partners to identify and organize culturally relevant activities.
• Develop and maintain an activities calendar, overseeing planning and events.
• Engage residents to participate in community-building initiatives.
• Facilitate new resident orientation programs and foster relationships with staff and residents.
• Arrange transportation for resident groups and coordinate community bus services.
