AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Specialist to work onsite at Preston Reserve in Cary, NC. This role focuses on lease renewals, resident retention, and delivering outstanding customer service to our residents.

You will build relationships, resolve issues, coordinate with team members, and support the resident lifecycle from move-ins to move-outs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced settings such as property management or hospitality.
• Ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience meeting goals and managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident lease renewals and finalize renewal agreements.
• Support resident retention through strong relationships and service.
• Respond to and resolve resident concerns and service issues.
• Assist residents with move-ins, move-outs, transfers, rent payments, and inquiries.
• Enter and monitor service requests and provide status updates.
• Communicate community updates and policies to residents.
• Coordinate resident events and engagement activities.
• Support community operations, including policy compliance, package management, and registrations.
