Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Plan marketing strategies and leasing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Handle resident concerns and retention programs.
• Lead emergency response and on-call duties.
• Maintain property appearance and schedule inspections.
