Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all residential operations onsite under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances and risk management to ensure compliance and residents’ satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, marketing plans and strong customer service. On-site presence is required, with occasional emergency coverage and coordination with vendors and residents to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA degree preferred or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Experience in housing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management and regular on-site attendance.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare weekly/daily staff schedules and assignments; manage performance issues.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Lead leasing, marketing plans, and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing.
