Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role requires daily on-site presence and the ability to show, lease, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will handle leasing paperwork, assist with audits, maintain traffic data, and contribute to marketing plans. Strong customer service, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain leasing data and respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Ensure adherence to community policies and safety regulations, and support marketing initiatives.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and participate in market surveys.
