Boulevard Together Owner LLC is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison to serve as the trusted link between residents and site leadership in our New York community. You will support engagement, address concerns, and connect households to internal resources with professionalism.

The role emphasizes clear communication, timely issue resolution, and collaboration with management, maintenance, security, and social services.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of resident services, customer service, community outreach, or housing experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability based on site needs preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work with diverse residents and partners with empathy and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain positive resident relationships through visibility, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Receive, document, and coordinate resident concerns with management, maintenance, security, and social services to drive timely resolution.
• Support resident communications (notices, flyers, meeting reminders) and reinforce site procedures politely.
• Facilitate resident meetings, feedback sessions, and outreach initiatives; document themes and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate referrals to social services and track outcomes; close the loop with residents.
• Assist move-in/move-out communication, scheduling, and special initiatives.
• Conduct unit inspections as directed; create and close work orders with photos.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
