Role requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and expertise in building mechanical systems. You will supervise maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and local regulations, while maintaining resident contentment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years in maintenance and staff management with a professional demeanor.
• Experience opening a new construction/lease-up building is required.
• Ability to optimize building efficiency with sustainable practices and modern security tech.
• Proficient in various mechanical systems for cost-effective solutions.
• Licenses/certificates: COF S12, COF S-13, COF S-95, COF P-99, EPA 608 Universal.
• Strong communication with staff, management, and vendors.
• Work authorization required.
