Beam Living, a Blackstone-owned property management company in New York City, seeks a Resident Services Specialist for an onsite role. You will be the friendly face for residents, handling inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and guiding daily living with a focus on neighborly service.

This non-exempt, hourly position uses Microsoft Office, Dynamics, and Brivo to resolve issues and submit work orders while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven background in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Submit maintenance work orders and answer general inquiries.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for all resident communications.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and embody the 'Be a Good Neighbor' value.
• Use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics and Brivo to address resident issues.
• Do the right thing when helping residents.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and cases.
• Employ de-escalation techniques to listen and respond to residents.
