Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in maintenance and staff management.
• Experience opening a new construction/lease-up building.
• Licenses and certificates: S12, S-13, S-95, P-99, EPA 608.
• Strong communication with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and staff.
• Prioritize tenant concerns and ensure timely maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor quotes.
• Manage service contracts and safety compliance.
• Assist in building maintenance budgeting and reporting.
• Respond to emergencies; on-call 24/7.
• Oversee staffing requirements and performance.
• On-site presence for inspections and tenant meetings.
