Terranea Resort seeks a Leisure Sales Manager (OnSite) to cultivate relationships with travel advisors, agency owners, consortia program managers and influencers. This role drives leisure room sales across 582 rooms and diverse properties, with opportunities across Retail, Consortia, Wholesale/FIT and online channels.

The position requires hosting clients, VIPs, property tours, and extensive travel. A strong background in strategic account management and industry networking is essential to

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a manager within a resort Sales & Marketing department, preferably a four or five-diamond property.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with travel advisors, agency owners, consortia program managers and influencers.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and expand market share or RevPar Index growth.
• Must be available to travel 1 - 2 times per month, or as required by business demands both on a domestic and international basis.
• Must be able to give presentations to large groups in-person and virtually.
• Attend industry networking events.
• Must have strong organizational skills to plan sales missions, client events, and FAM trips
• Draft newsletters, e-blasts as well as organize direct mail and other marketing pieces.
• Conduct property tours and exhibit property knowledge.
