Job summary

Terranea Resort is seeking a Call Center Agent (On Site) to deliver courteous, professional service to guests and internal callers. Operate the hotel telephone system, radios, and various software to fulfill requests and resolve issues for guest satisfaction.

This on-site role requires a positive, articulate voice, strong product knowledge, and quick problem solving. You will handle calls, route to departments, assist with reservations and concierge requests, and document interactions in Opera

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good problem solving, judgement and decision making.
• Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly using a positive, articulate voice.
• Route callers to the appropriate guest or hotel department.
• Assist guests with concierge services using ALICE and Open Table systems.
• Document guest requests and opportunities in Opera/HotSOS and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours and procedures.
