Job summary

RR Donnelley (RRD) is seeking a Reprographics Associate to deliver reprographics and print production services, support conference room setups, and manage day-to-day office operations in Midtown Manhattan. You will interact with clients and employees, prioritize requests, and ensure accuracy and quality across tasks.

The role is fully onsite with a 40-hour weekly schedule (Sunday 12pm-8pm, Mon-Thu 1:30pm-10pm).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in office services or reprographics.
• Experience with print production including copying, binding and finishing.
• Experience coordinating conference room, meeting, or event set-up.
• Strong customer service and client engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with ENGAGE and Adobe tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for office services requests.
• Manage and process incoming service requests through intake systems.
• Perform reprographics and print production services.
• Review job specifications and meet client requirements.
• Coordinate conference room and meeting space set-ups.
• Assist with hospitality, reception, facilities, mail, and other office services.
• Use digital tools to manage requests and communicate status.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work.
• Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to company and client site policies.
