Job summary

RRD in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a dedicated night shift Reprographics Associate to deliver high-quality reprographics, print production, and mail services for our clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes strong customer service and communication, with experience using ENGAGE, Adobe Acrobat, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred.

The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative team, with training available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year reprographics experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Skilled with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide reprographics, print production, and mail services to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain logs for office services work and ensure tickets are complete.
• Run jobs in proper order and meet contracted deadlines.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Interact with clients in person, by phone, or electronically and uphold company policies.
