Job summary

CHG Group, Inc. is seeking an IT System Administrator to provide hands-on support for end users, systems, and escalated issues both onsite and remote.

You will blend Tier 2/3 helpdesk activities with system administration for endpoints, basic networking, and infrastructure, acting as the internal technical resource for organizational needs. You will work with a Managed IT Services Partner, perform hardware diagnostics, and contribute to security and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+ or MS-900 are desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for end users onsite and remotely.
• Handle Tier 2/3 helpdesk escalations and coordinate with MSP.
• Administer endpoints, basic networking, and infrastructure tasks.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and warranty coordination.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and incident remediation.
• Document IT processes and use PowerShell for automation.
