CHG Group, Inc. is seeking an IT System Administrator to provide hands-on support for end users, systems, and escalated issues both onsite and remote.
You will blend Tier 2/3 helpdesk activities with system administration for endpoints, basic networking, and infrastructure, acting as the internal technical resource for organizational needs. You will work with a Managed IT Services Partner, perform hardware diagnostics, and contribute to security and documentation.
The IT System Administrator is responsible for hands-on technical support for end users, systems, and escalated issues for both onsite and remote users. This role combines hands on Tier 2/3 helpdesk support with system administrator responsibilities for supporting endpoints, basic networking, and infrastructure. The role requires a self starter who can delivering high-quality onsite support, resolve complex issues in a timely manner, and coordinate with a Managed IT Services Partner to ensure seamless IT operations. Additionally, the role will serve as the internal technical resource for situations requiring organizational familiarity.
Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or a negligible amount of weight frequently. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Use of computer. Travel occasionally, up to 10-15%.
CHGi's current salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000 / year. At CHGi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, location and geography. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
