CHG Group, Inc. is seeking an IT System Administrator to provide hands-on Tier 2/3 helpdesk support and system administration for endpoints, networks, and infrastructure.
The role supports both onsite and remote users and coordinates with a Managed IT Services Partner to ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS or IT, 5+ years in similar roles, and exposure to Intune Autopilot, cybersecurity concepts, and MS Office.
Description
The IT System Administrator is responsible for hands-on technical support for end users, systems, and escalated issues for both onsite and remote users. This role combines hands on Tier 2/3 helpdesk support with system administrator responsibilities for supporting endpoints, basic networking, and infrastructure. The role requires a self starter who can delivering high-quality onsite support, resolve complex issues in a timely manner, and coordinate with a Managed IT Services Partner to ensure seamless IT operations. Additionally, the role will serve as the internal technical resource for situations requiring organizational familiarity.
Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or a negligible amount of weight frequently. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Use of computer. Travel occasionally, up to 10-15%.
CHGi's current salary range for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 / year. At CHGi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, location and geography. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
