Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or systems specialist role.
CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, etc.).
One of the following associate-level certifications (AZ-801, AZ-104, etc.; Network+; IT Glue Certified; Cisco; VMware) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to Tier 1 Service Specialists.
Assist with escalations by diagnosing complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
Deliver technical support for core business applications, virtualization environments, and network issues.
Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps; conduct system reviews and make improvement recommendations.
Implement and support disaster recovery solutions and maintain network security.
