Job summary

Harbin Lumber Company, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on tech support for employees across multiple locations in Georgia.

You will handle first- and second-level help desk requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain device readiness. The role requires strong customer service, solid Windows and Microsoft 365 admin basics, network basics, and the ability to document solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Support across multiple locations is preferred; strong customer service required.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 basics; network fundamentals desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level help desk support in person, by phone, and remotely.
• Log, track and resolve support requests using the ticketing system.
• Install, configure, maintain and repair hardware and software across locations.
• Assist with user accounts, security, backups and IT policies; coordinate with vendors.
