Job summary

Northern Jet, based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Technical Support Representative to oversee day-to-day IT for our expanding operation. This in-person role will be the go-to IT resource at our Orlando headquarters with travel to Grand Rapids, MI up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities include supporting hardware, software, and connectivity, installing and maintaining Microsoft 365, Azure AD, JAMF Pro, and Meraki infrastructure, and ensuring secure, reliable systems with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical support, hardware, software, and network.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with JAMF Pro for Mac management.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki network systems (firewalls, switches, APs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for end-user issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems including Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, JAMF for Mac management, and Meraki network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly with a focus on user satisfaction and data security.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and support activities.
• Monitor network health and propose improvements with minimal disruption.
• Travel to Grand Rapids, MI up to 25% for hands-on support and collaboration with leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify long-term IT needs and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage IT inventory and procurement in coordination with operations.
