Responsibilities

• Lead governance and standardization of on-site registration across assigned locations.
• Monitor adherence to standard work; perform audits and performance reviews.
• Drive process improvements to reduce front-end errors and improve patient experience.
• Collaborate with site leadership, Patient Financial Services, Compliance, IT, and other Revenue Cycle stakeholders.
