Socket.dev is seeking a Manager of On-Site Registration & Check-in to oversee daily operations across hospital and ambulatory settings, including emergency departments. You will ensure identity verification, demographic and coverage capture, consents, MSP/COB documentation, and registration workflows are completed accurately and timely.

The Manager of On-Site Registration & Check-in manages daily operations and frontline execution for arrival, check-in, and registration activities across assigned hospital and ambulatory settings, including emergency departments as applicable. This role is accountable for ensuring site teams consistently complete identity verification, demographic and coverage capture, consents, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) / coordination of benefits (COB) documentation, and other required registration workflows accurately and timely. The Manager translates enterprise standards into daily work routines, monitors team performance, resolves operational issues, reinforces training and quality expectations, and partners with site leaders, Patient Financial Services, Compliance, strategic business partners, and IT to reduce front-end defects, improve patient experience, and support claim quality.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of revenue cycle leadership experience.
License/Certification/Registration: Not required.
Strong operational management experience in a multi-site or matrixed healthcare environment.
