Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and frontline execution for arrival, check-in, and registration across hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Ensure identity verification, demographic and coverage capture, consents, MSP/COB documentation are accurate and timely.
• Translate enterprise standards into daily workflows and monitor team performance.
• Reinforce training and quality expectations; partner with site leaders, PFS, Compliance, IT.
• Reduce front-end defects and improve patient experience and claim quality.
