• Ability to meet KPI/SLA targets.
• Proficiency with MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of quality talent.
• Interacts with candidates in person or online with clear information.
• Conducts candidate interviews and assessments for fit.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and client SLAs.
• Supports onboarding and candidate hiring processes.
