Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings across systems.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and engage both passive and active candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and guide through onboarding.
• Support recruitment with KPI/SLA achievement and reporting.
• Coordinate candidate resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
