Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who acts as the liaison for candidates throughout recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and strong client delivery. The role emphasizes maintaining relationships, achieving KPIs, and guiding candidates with preparation and training.

You will manage postings, engage with candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding while aligning with client requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented; strong MS Office and database skills; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Develops candidate executive summaries and maintains records in tracking database.
• Extends offers and negotiates terms for assignments; coordinates onboarding and client briefings.
