Job summary

Responsibilities include managing job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and pipeline development while upholding company policies and compliance. This role emphasizes client delivery and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in a service provider setting.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and databases; able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and manages candidate pipelines.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and align with client needs.
• Onboards and coordinates candidate onboarding per client and company policies.
• Maintains candidate records and supports KPI/SLA metrics for client delivery.
• Builds relationships with active and passive candidates and clients.
