Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong candidate relationships, driving KPI/SLA performance, and delivering quality client service.

The role emphasizes behavioral interviews, workforce planning, and ensuring correct information and guidance for candidates and clients across the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required with 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to learn new software are required.
• Capable of problem resolution and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching.
• Complete candidate onboarding processes in accordance with client requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the tracking database.
