Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will drive KPI and SLA performance, maintain strong relationships with candidates, and ensure a high standard of client delivery.

Responsibilities include conducting interviews, building pipelines, and guiding candidates through resume and interview preparation, while coordinating onboarding and placement with the client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented; ability to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database systems; able to learn new software.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipelines.
• Interacts with candidates in person or online, providing accurate information about Adecco and roles.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and submission activity requirements.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placements.
• Screens candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches using Adecco tools and the internet to meet inventory needs.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep and coaching.
• Completes onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in the tracking system.
