• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.

• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and manages candidate pipeline.
• Conducts KPI-driven recruitment activities and interviews.
• Guides candidates through onboarding and assignment lifecycle.
