Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure candidate satisfaction by building strong relationships, clearly communicating roles and benefits, and reinforcing value to both associates and clients.

In this role you will drive recruiting KPIs, post jobs, perform interviews, build pipelines, coach candidates, and manage onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in the service provider industry preferred (2-5 years).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job postings across systems.
• Forecast talent market and plan workforce pipelines.
• Guide candidates through onboarding, offers, and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit with client needs.
• Screen candidates and prequalify for client requirements.
• Create candidate summaries and maintain records.
