Job summary

Antares is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People & Talent team in Torrance, CA. You will support the Head of Talent & People and a team of three recruiters, handling scheduling, candidate experience, and logistics across multiple roles.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing travel and expenses, building candidate pipelines, and helping run recruiting events. A proactive, process‑oriented mindset and 1+ year in recruiting operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience (incl. internship) in recruiting coordination or similar fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple recruiters and roles.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates through the interview process.
• Welcome and host candidates during onsite interviews and manage day-of logistics.
• Coordinate candidate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and ground transport.
• Process and track candidate travel expenses accurately and efficiently.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling challenges.
• Ensure interviewers and candidates have the necessary information and materials.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve candidate and interviewer experience.
• Support sourcing efforts and build targeted talent pipelines.
• Shadow and partner with recruiters to grow toward sourcing and recruiting responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and requisition information in Ashby.
• Build recruiting reports and dashboards to track funnel metrics and pipeline health.
• Support recruiting events and contribute to process improvements and SOPs.
• Maintain job postings and ensure data accuracy across systems.
