Job summary

Radiant in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-6 month contract-to-hire role to support fast-growth recruiting operations in a high-velocity startup environment.

You will manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones, communicate with candidates, and maintain ATS data integrity while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize workflows. Onsite work required at Radiant’s HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with focus on candidate experience.
• Comfort with scheduling tools, ATS, and spreadsheets/databases.
• High attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones.
• Manage candidate communication with a professional, timely experience reflecting Radiant’s mission.
• Maintain and improve ATS data integrity and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Support the creation and delivery of recruiting dashboards and reporting.
