MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to act as the critical link between our customer, onsite workforce, and internal teams in Ellabell, GA. The role emphasizes strong relationship management, ownership, and delivering an exceptional experience for customers and associates.

You will lead customer relationships, support workforce operations, drive recruiting and retention efforts, and ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years HR/staffing experience with strong relationship skills is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with customers, associates, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customer leadership and operations teams.
• Build consultative relationships with customers and proactively address workforce needs.
• Regularly review staffing requirements, workforce performance, and priorities with customer stakeholders.
• Resolve issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively across all levels and ensure follow-through on commitments.
