Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding and customer service at an on-site account.
• Decide on hiring, placement, discipline and termination of temporary employees.
• Develop recruiting plans and forecast staffing needs to meet client requirements.
• Write job postings and maintain social media to support recruiting.
• Greet new hires and introduce them to client supervisors.
• Process applicants and maintain accurate employee records.
